Scalloping Season & Essentials
Scalloping season runs from late April through early October. We recommend arriving at Crystal River by 8:00 AM to secure the best spots and avoid the midday heat. The Nature Coast offers some of the most pristine scalloping grounds in Florida, with crystal clear waters perfect for finding the elusive scallop.
For the best experience, please bring your own scalloping gear. This includes a scalloping net, a scallop rake, and a pair of sturdy boots. We provide all necessary safety equipment and a professional guide to ensure your adventure is both safe and successful.
